Location. Located in the rolling hills of the Hunter Valley region in New South Wales, Australia, is The Old George and Dragon Guesthouse. This English style hotel is close to notable wineries and five kilometers from Morpeth River Port Village. The beaches of Port Stephens and Newcastle Airport are 55 kilometers away.
Hotel Features. With its green roof and beige exterior, The Old George and Dragon Guesthouse presents a stately fa�ade. Art and antiques adorn public and private rooms, rendering a boutique feel to this smoke free property. With serene subtlety, public spaces such as the lounge and the garden courtyard offer guests the opportunity for quiet interludes. At The Old George and Dragon Restaurant, anglo French cuisine is served, accompanied by wines from area vineyards. Wednesdays though Saturdays, meals at the restaurant are all inclusive. A three course breakfast is also available.
