Location. The Perunika Hotel is located in the resort of Golden Sands, Bulgaria, 150 metres from the beach and within 250 metres of the town centre. The city of Varna is 17 kilometres to the south along the Black Sea coast.
Hotel Features. The Perunika Hotel is housed a terraced, six storey property built around an outdoor pool surrounded by sun loungers. The hotel's health club features a sauna and fitness equipment and offers acupuncture and massage treatments. The hotel's front desk is staffed around the clock. Expert Tip. Though Golden Sands appears thoroughly modern, the area is steeped in history. The Aladja Monastery, three kilometres to the west, is a complex of caves, including catacombs that were home to a religious community between the 12th and 18th centuries.

From Varna International Airport (VAR):
Distance to the Perunika Hotel is 24 kilometres, approximately 35 minutes' drive.
Getting there. The number 409 bus runs every 15 minutes to central Varna, Golden Sands (150 metres from the hotel) and St Constantine. Tickets are available from the driver, and cost 0.60 1.80 BGN (0.30 0.90 EUR). Taxis are available in front of International Arrivals at Terminal 4. Taxis cost approx. 29 BGN (15 EUR) to the hotel. Prices are all subject to change.
Getting around. Golden Sands is easily explored on foot. Buses connect the resort to Varna. A car is recommended for seeing more of the Bulgarian countryside.
