Location. The Filoxenia is a modern hotel complex set within landscaped gardens and situated one kilometre from the beach and facilities of Tsilivi and three kilometres from historic Zakynthos Town. Zakynthos International Airport is seven kilometres from the hotel with an approximate driving time of 15 minutes.
Hotel Features. The hotel has two outdoor pools with a children's pool area, plus a gameroom and on site grocery and gift shop. Wireless Internet access is available for a fee. Staff at the 24 hour front desk provide an express check in and out service and can arrange childcare and currency exchange. The hotel has free parking facilities for those arriving by car.
The Filoxenia Poolside Snack Bar serves drinks, light meals, ice creams, fresh fruit juices and milkshakes.
The hotel features a five a side football pitch and children's playground, and there are watersports facilities on the nearby beach.
Guestrooms. The 100 air conditioned studios and apartments are located on three floors and all feature simple light toned decor and furnishings with tiled floors. They open on to balconies and include fully equipped kitchenettes, safes and wireless Internet access (surcharge).
Expert Tip. The historic sights of Zakynthos town, like the Venetian Fortress and Dionysios Monastery, are situated within three kilometres of the hotel.
