A luxury four floor hotel, built in 1908 and listed as a national monument, sited in the Marina Centro district one kilometre from central Rimini. The Grand Hotel features 168 guestrooms characterised by 18th century decor and neo classical furniture or authentic French or Venetian antiques. All rooms include satellite television with pay movies, minibars, wireless Internet connections, direct dial telephones, clock radios, minibars, air conditioning, blackout drapes, slippers, safe, VIP treatment and welcome gifts. Bathrooms include showers, bidets, hair dryers and complimentary toiletries. In room massage and child care services are available.

The hotel's 11,000 square metre private beach enables guests to bask on a sun lounger, enjoy a meal at the restaurant or a cocktail from the bar, or take a cooling dip in the beach pool. Those in pursuit of health and beauty can work up a sweat in the fully equipped fitness centre, swim in the garden pool, treat themselves to a massage, or visit the hair salon or beautician. During summer, a day spa featuring a range of indulgent and invigorating treatments is housed on the beach. Decorated in the Liberty style with chandeliers, neo classical pillars and frescoed ceilings, the Grand Hotel Restaurant, comprising four separate rooms able to seat up to 600 people, offers a selection of regional, Mediterranean and international dishes in luxurious surroundings, while the Lobby Bar provides comfortable seating and plays host to regular art exhibitions. The hotel provides extensive facilities for business users, with seven multipurpose conference rooms able to cater for 630 people in the congress centre, and a further seven rooms in the main hotel. All conference rooms are equipped with wireless Internet technology, and training courses or video conferences can be organised on the beach. Guest with young children will find babysitting facilities, a children's pool and a kids' club offering a range of entertaining distractions on site. Multilingual staff at the 24 hour front desk are on hand to offer assistance, exchange currency, arrange car rentals or provide safe storage of valuables.
