Location. The Alias Hotel Seattle faces the English Channel on the marina in Brighton, England. It is within one mile of the famous Brighton Pier and the Royal Pavilion, and Brighton train station is two miles from the hotel.
Hotel Features. Designed to resemble a stylish ocean liner pointing out to sea, the Alias Hotel Seattle has a suitably relaxed, contemporary ambiance. The nautical theme is subtly carried through to the interior, where prints of 20th century art are as likely to adorn the walls as portholes. Guests can unwind on the sun terrace, in the Victorian walled garden or in the 60s themed Black & White cocktail lounge.
Overlooking the marina, the Caf� Paradiso serves a continental breakfast and seasonal, modern British dishes for lunch and dinner. Lighter meals are available from the Saloon, or can be ordered from room service.
Wireless Internet access is available throughout the hotel (surcharge), and business guests can hire the conference facilities and meeting rooms.
Staff at the 24 hour front desk can arrange sailing and windsurfing lessons, and book horse riding expeditions.
Guestrooms. The Alias Hotel Seattle has 71 guestrooms, decorated in light, natural tones and featuring feather and down duvets with Egyptian cotton sheets. Amenities include satellite television, DVD players, desks, complimentary bottled water and tea/coffee making facilities. Bathrooms include complimentary designer toiletries.
Expert Tip. Brighton Marina is not just a mooring for boats, it is also a lively complex of boutique shops, bars, restaurants, multiplex cinema, health club, bowling alley and casino.

From London Gatwick Airport (LGW):
Distance to the Alias Hotel Seattle is 16 miles, approximately 40 minutes' drive.
Getting there. The Gatwick Express train runs from the airport to Brighton Station and takes 30 minutes. Taxis from the airport to the hotel cost about 35 GBP. Prices are subject to change.
Getting around. Brighton is compact and can be explored by foot. Volk's electric railway travels between Black Rock Station next door to the marina and Brighton Pier.
